Shipping information
To ensure our parcel is safely delivered to recipient, we will contact the recipient via Whatsapp to confirm if someone is there to receive the basket one day before delivery. 

Shipping cost
Prices listed for gift baskets includes delivery to street addresses in Singapore.
For delivery to residences in Sentosa, please arrange with us here.

If you would prefer to have your basket delivered to the hospital, there would be an additional sgd 5 surcharge (which we will request for the payment via PayNow after confirming delivery details).

Delivery 
You may pick a preferred date of delivery. We will contact you via Whatsapp to confirm delivery dates within 2 working days upon receiving your order. If your preferred date is unavailable, an alternative date will proposed to you.

Alternatively, you can reach us here to liaise with us for Express Delivery, to get the order to reach you or recipient on the following day.

Self Collect
Self collection is available at our registered business address in Toa Payoh. A separate email confirmation on collection with our collection address will be sent to you (should you opt for self collection) after placing the order. 

Unsuccessful Delivery
If you have entered the wrong address, don't be alarmed! We will contact you via Whatsapp to confirm delivery details prior to arranging delivery.
