Q: How much does shipping cost?
To ensure our parcel is delivered with care, our orders are delivered via Lalamove service to your doorstep. Delivery fee costs to most street addresses in Singapore are sgd 12, excluding gift baskets. Prices listed for gift baskets includes delivery to street addresses. For delivery to residences in Sentosa, please arrange with us here.
Q: How long will the order take to reach recipient?
You may pick a preferred date of delivery. You will receive an email notification to confirm your delivery date of choice, typically within 2 working days. If your preferred date is unavailable, an alternate date will be proposed to you via email.
Alternatively, you can reach us here to liaise with us for Express Delivery, to get the order to reach you or recipient on the following day.
Q: Do you deliver to hospitals?
We do, but parents definitely have many things to bring home from the hospital. It will really lighten their load if you deliver the gift basket straight to their home prior to or after their hospital stay.
Q: Can I collect the order myself?
If you prefer to collect the order personally, you may opt for self-collection at our business registered address in Toa Payoh. An email confirmation with our collection address will be sent to you after placing an order. For self-collection of gift baskets, you will receive a sgd 12 refund to you via PayNow after collection.
Q: What if I have entered a wrong delivery address?
If you have entered the wrong address, please inform us here as soon as you can. We will do our best to update our service provider.
As shipping is handled by a third party service provider, we are very sorry to inform you that unsuccessful delivery (due to incorrect address provided) will require a redelivery fee of sgd 12. Alternatively, you can choose to self-collect the order from our registered business address in Toa Payoh.
